For this activity, you will need to watch this YouTube clip and discuss/write down the different ways in which music can change how we feel and express ourselves.

 

It is evident that people feel more positive after singing to music. Than they do just listening to music. Listen to your favourite song and have a sing-a-long! How did it make you feel? Would you advise someone to do this if they aren’t feeling great? How could you encourage this?
