Keeping fit and taking regular exercise can have a fantastic effect on your wellbeing.
What can you do today to boost your fitness?
You could do some yoga, go out for a brisk walk, take part with an exercise video session, go for a bike or scooter ride, run around the park, bounce on your trampoline, play football...there are so many ways to get some exercise.
